Sophie Monk lists her sprawling five-bedroom Gold Coast investment property with private river access for sale

Sophie Monk’s Gold Coast riverfront investment property is currently on the market.

The Love Island Australia host, 44, is selling the five bedroom, three bathroom home that she purchased for $1.1million in 2016.

The Helensvale property, that sits on a sprawling 4018sq block, was recently vacated by tenants who rented the home for $1,200 per week.

Listing agents Steve and James Weir from Harcourts Coastal have told prospective buyers that there have already been multiple offers, per the Sunday Telegraph.

The listing falls into the minimum $1.9million category range and has gained a large amount of interest.

Built in the late 1990s, the renovated property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a boat ramp with direct river access.

The home also features a renovated kitchen which boasts a large stone benchtop.

The kitchen also overlooks the outdoor alfresco area and large swimming pool.

The master bedroom has triple wardrobes, an ensuite and a balcony.

It also has timber flooring and fresh white shutters throughout the home.

When Sophie listed the property for lease in 2021, the leasing agent told Realestate.com.au that a home on a large block is rare to find.

‘It feels as though you are living in a peaceful country estate but it’s still really close to everything you need with shops and good schools in the area so it’s an ideal family home,’ he said.

Sophie still owns a Mermaid Beach unit that she purchased for $165,000 in 2003.

In 2020, she purchased a $2.25million luxurious Hamptons inspired acreage on the NSW Central Coast.

The former Bardot singer secured herself a three-bedroom, two-bathroom 8000sqm residence in Matcham.

Sophie was born in London before relocating to the Gold Coast with her family when she was two years old, where she attended Helensvale Primary School.

She currently lives with her husband Josh Gross, who she married in 2022.

The couple exchanged vows at their NSW Central Coast home after eloping together.
