A Brisbane buyer has dropped $11m on a beachfront house at Palm Beach, on the Gold Coast.
The property at 129 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach sold at auction over the weekend through Amir Prestige Group’s Amir Mian, and Vince and Linda Lock.
The residence includes an open-plan design.

Five bidders registered, from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand and the Gold Coast, Mr Mian said.
“We had multiple people fighting over this one,” Mr Mian said.
“It was quite phenomenal standing on the beachfront and having four agents on the phone to four potential buyers around the country and overseas.
“It just shows how much interest the properties here are getting both nationally and internationally.”
