A total of 102 Gold Coast properties from Pimpama to Coolangatta will go under the hammer at an auction event on Sunday.
Eight Ray White offices from the Gold Coast are involved with apartments, luxury mansions and suburban family homes up for grabs.
Ray White Queensland chief auctioneer Gavin Croft said the auction event was about providing more choice for first home buyers, investors, and families.
2102 The Circle, Sanctuary Cove will be offered at auction on Sunday.
“It’s the first time Ray White have worked collaboratively as a group on the Gold Coast,” Mr Croft said.
“They understand the importance of working together and helping represent sellers at the highest level as a collective.
“There is a crossover with buyers and marketplaces now and Ray White is taking advantage of that.”
167 Markeri Street, Mermaid Waters will go under the hammer on Sunday.
Mr Croft said stock levels were incredibly low as the year kicked off with more stock coming to market now.
“It’s nice to be able to bring some strong stock levels and choice for buyers to the marketplace,” Mr Croft said.
“Buyers had been starved for choice and they are now starting to see more stock available.”

Vendors Rochelle and Shawn Cawood are familiar with the auction process and had no hesitation taking their property to auction.
“With our property it works because we’ve got a property that’s in high demand in an area that is high demand.” Ms Cawood said.
“It will give me the best benefit at the end of the day.”

“What sold us initially was the location,” Ms Cawood said.
“Riverstone Crossing is a very sought-after estate to live in and it’s very family orientated.

38 Explorers Way, Worongary is going to auction on Sunday.
Mr Croft said an auction had become the preferred method of sale in southeast Queensland.
“We’ve never called more auctions in Queensland than what we did last month,” Mr Croft said.
“That speaks volumes as to the level of sophistication, the acceptance and the understanding from not only the Gold Coast but the Queensland-wide marketplace that auctions are becoming more of the norm.”
Mr Croft will be calling alongside Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew and Ray White head of performance Benson Spong.
The event is on April 21 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre kicking off at 10am. Registrations are from 9am.
