The luxury penthouse at The Inlet in Main Beach is going to auction.
Mr Kefford, who also a long-time director of the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame, passed away in 2020.
The executor to his estate is now selling the penthouse, at levels 33 and 34 at The Inlet at Main Beach, through Lucy Cole of Lucy Cole Prestige Properties.
Property records show the apartment last hit the market in 2016 through another agency.

Relax in style.
Ms Cole said the 720 sqm penthouse offered entertainment opportunities on a grand scale.
The penthouse has three security elevators, its own private pool and spa, almost 360-degree views of the Gold Coast’s famous beaches and hinterland, and a choice of nine balconies and terraces across its two levels.

There’s no shortage of designer features here.
Ms Cole said the sky home featured an amazing kitchen and a range of different living areas including a formal dining space for 10 or more people,
“There are three very spacious bedrooms which all have walk in wardrobes and ensuites, but the master bedroom suite is particularly impressive,’’ said Ms Cole.

The kitchen.
“The master suite is exceptionally elegant and spacious. It includes a substantial walk-in dressing room, which features glass sliding doors opening onto a private balcony.”
The Inlet residential tower includes amazing resort facilities with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor spas, gym, barbecue, and grass areas plus a full-sized tennis court and features a grand entry foyer with a guest library lounge.
It goes to auction on May 21.
