Aussie TV presenter Sophie Monk has put her Gold Coast waterfront home up for rent for $1,200 per week.
The Beauty and the Geek Australia host is offering a 12-month lease for her five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on a sprawling 4018sq m block at Helensvale.
Leasing agent Brent Martens, of Harcourts Coastal, said the rent had not been increased from last year, despite big rent hikes across the Gold Coast as the city’s rental squeeze tightened.

“The owner is more interested in getting good tenants in the property,” he said.
But with ten groups through the home on the first inspection and an application currently being processed, it was not expected to last.
“The rental market is very busy everywhere at the moment, with a lot of tenants both local and interstate looking to rent on the Gold Coast,” Mr Martens said.

The Helensvale home is a rare find on a huge block on the water.
