Paul ‘Fatty’ Vautin finally sells his Gold Coast home for $3.25 million

It’s taken eight months, but Paul “Fatty” Vautin, the former long-time host of Channel 9’s The Footy Show, and wife Kim have sold their Gold Coast villa.
They had to significantly reduce their expectations.
It was listed at $3.6 million at the start of the year, but the couple have accepted $3.25 million.
The home was listed for $3.6m but was sold for $3.25m.

The Vautin’s had bought new for $1.8 million in 2009, initially using it as a holiday home.
Its listing signalled a preparation to undertake a dream home build. They have a property inland at Merrimac.
Perfect place to watch the footy.

When the Vautin’s lived in Sydney they called a Dee Why penthouse home for four years. It sold for $2.54 million in 2005, having paid $1.6 million.
The Oceania penthouse on The Strand onsold earlier this year at $3.83 million.
The couple retain a bolthole nearby that cost $1.13 million in 2015.
