First glimpse inside Luxe Broadbeach’s six-star apartments

Imagine waking up to this every day.

A ROOFTOP pool and unobstructed views come as standard in the penthouse of a new six-star tower to be built on the central Coast.
The $158 million Luxe Broadbeach project will elevate apartment living to new heights in the popular suburb, with sales in the tower now open.
The collection of 28 whole floor sky homes occupy a 756sq m north-east facing site on the corner of Charles Avenue and Old Burleigh Road and have unobstructed park, beach and ocean views that will never be built out.
Towering up to 33 storeys, the building has undergone some minor tweaks since the original DA was lodged, including being downsized from an original 55 storeys, to make it a more boutique building. It also had a name change, from Class Broadbeach to Luxe Broadbeach.

The tower’s position will never be built out guaranteeing residents uninterrupted ocean views for a lifetime.

Recognising buyers’ increasing demand for space and house-sized apartment living, each of the sky homes cover an expansive 374sq m of floor space and will be complemented by luxury features and inclusions reflective of their price, which starts at $4.95 million.
Designed by DBI, the Manhattan-inspired development with art deco touches aim for sophistication and luxury that capitalises on its coastal position.

Broadbeach Luxe development company director John Kubatov said it had refined the design to deliver apartments with timeless and elegant craftsmanship that would take luxury living to another level.
“We have created a building of distinction that maximises the site’s position,” Mr Kubatov said, “and we are excited to now be ready to present this rare opportunity to the prestige property market.”

The sky homes are all full floor apartments.

To live up to its six-star rating, the development, being marketed by Total Property Group, will offer residents exclusive amenities on its “podium level’, five storeys up.
They include a 25m heated lap pool, infinity pool, a residents’ lounge, sauna, barbecue area, gym and yoga lawn, with views over the Broadbeach foreshore to the ocean.
The apartments begin on level 6, rising to the two-level penthouse at the pinnacle on level 33.
Each has three allocated parking spaces which span from the basement to level 2.
Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons says the residences were ultra-premium with all the high-end features that buyers of these types of properties look for.
“The Gold Coast property market has changed dramatically in recent times with buyer demand very high for larger, more luxurious full-floor home-sized apartments designed specifically for the owner-occupier,” Mr Parsons said.

Prices start from $4.95 million.

“The highly-desirable lifestyle and well-established luxury home market on the Gold Coast has been attracting high-net worth individuals, who have been re-evaluating where they want to live and looking towards South East Queensland for unique lifestyle opportunities.
“We have been receiving an unprecedented level of inquiries from more buyers searching for properties with higher price tags as interstate people continue to look north, locals upgrade and expats return home.”
Mr Parsons said Luxe Broadbeach would exceed expectations, delivering the most prestigious apartments seen in the Broadbeach area.
“There is nothing else of this level of luxury in Broadbeach.”
