87 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters has sold in an $18m deal.
A luxurious Gold Coast estate known as The Bachelor mansion has sold in an $18m mega deal, making its sellers $3.5m in less than three years.
The Broadbeach Waters property that was used as the backdrop of The Bachelors, which aired on Channel 10 in January, 2023, last changed hands in October, 2021 for $14.5m.
The $18m sale price of 87 Monaco St is the highest price paid for a property in Broadbeach Waters and the second highest on the Gold Coast this year.

The property is an entertainer’s dream.
The riverfront property offers resort-style living.
Joshua Soineva and Amir Mian of Amir Prestige Group initially took the double-storey Beverly Hills-style home to auction in January where it passed in.
Less than two months later they managed to find a Gold Coast buyer prepared to fork out $18m.
“The appeal for them was the design, the large block and the north-facing position on Monaco St,” Mr Soineva said.
“It just shows the prestige market and upper end on the Gold Coast is performing really well

He said the property attracted five written offers as well as interest from all over the world.
“We had interest from all over the country as well as from France, China and the USA.
The sellers were Melbourne-based and had only used the property as a holiday home.
The house was created by renowned Gold Coast designer Jared Poole and covers almost 2,400sq m with an incredible 115.1m of water frontage in a point position on main river.

Mr Mian previously told the Gold Coast Bulletin the mansion ticked all the boxes for the producers of The Bachelor.
“The brief for the producers of The Bachelors was a quintessential Gold Coast property,” Mr Mian said.
“They wanted an entertaining area that was usable and private, a north facing view, the house to be new and at a calibre where it could be showed off on TV.”
The highest residential sale on the Gold Coast this year is $28m for a beachfront property in Mermaid Beach.
