Fresh off her massive $15.25m Soul penthouse purchase, young Queensland richlister Tahnee Beard – co-founder of streetwear brand Culture Kings – is out to break a new record listing her Ashmore mansion for $5m.
The six bedroom acreage riverfront property in the exclusive and highly sought after Paradise River Estate comes with full sized floodlit tennis court, basketball court, a large pool with cabana, its own gym, a cinema, basement garaging for eight vehicles plus it even has its own separate guesthouse that can be used as staff quarters.

Ms Beard and husband Simon have had a blinder of a 2021 so far after selling their stake in Culture Kings for a whopping $600m at the end of the first quarter, before splashing out on the Soul penthouse in July.
The sprawling 4161sq m block Ashmore property they have just listed for sale was bought in 2014 for $3.3m, according to CoreLogic records.
