A GOLD Coast house has been transformed into a sought-after film clip location after a whirlwind renovation.
International singer Victor J Sefo filmed his latest music video Forever, with Kuami Eugene at 10 The Yardarm, Runaway Bay.
The musicians have almost 2 million followers combined on Instagram and have flaunted their work at The Yardarm on the platform.
10 The Yardarm, Runaway Bay was used as the backdrop of Victor J Sefo’s latest music video.
The house, known as Island Villa, is the work of owners Jodie and Chris Kaperonis, who have just listed the property.
The couple, who signed up to photo shoot and film location hire website Aloca, said they were amazed when international music stars Victor J Sefo and Kuami Eugene turned up to their recently renovated house.
The music video was filmed alongside the pool and entertaining area.
“It was quite crazy,” Mrs Kaperonis said.
“My husband and I couldn’t believe people wanted to hire it out.
“The group wanted an island inspired home that looked like Ibiza because they felt the song was island-style.
“My kids nearly died when they saw Kuami as he is also a massive Tik Tok star.”
The property overlooks the water.

She said it was extremely rewarding seeing their renovation in a music video.
“This house didn’t look like this a year ago,” she said.
“It’s so exciting to think we have managed to pull it off.”
Entertainer’s paradise.
The mammoth renovation included the task of moving the pool and “seven-days-a-week work” that Mrs Kaperonis said the family put their “full heart and soul” into.
“We really wanted to make this place something special and it seems we achieved what we set out to do,” Mrs Kaperonis said.
“We’ve always been renovators, but this was another level entirely, however once we made a plan with the landscape designer, we could see what it could become, and we knew how amazing we could make it.”
Inside also has a coastal feel.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home reeks of Mediterranean luxury, with stylish finishes at every turn.
The property is an entertainer’s paradise, with a huge undercover entertaining area with Uniqwa latte pole detailing, outdoor kitchen, new pool, and super-sized pool house.
The property is up for auction on November 29 through Harcourts Coastal sibling duo Michael and Andrew Harvey.
