Cricket power couple Ben Cutting and Erin Holland reveal new property passion

Erin Holland and husband, Ben Cutting, have launched their first major property development together.
AUSSIE cricketer Ben Cutting and his TV presenter wife, Erin Holland, have revealed their first major property development, but they won’t be appearing on The Block anytime soon — if Ben has anything to do with it.
Called ‘Beju Residences’, the new project will comprise four luxury townhomes in the exclusive neighbourhood of Echo Beach in Burleigh Heads.

The Gold Coast development is a joint venture between the power couple’s residential and commercial property development company, Golconda Property Group, K2 Projects and EM Design.
Speaking to News Corp, Holland said they had been looking to buy sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast for a while, but saw Burleigh Heads as “the hottest market in Queensland”.
“The opportunity to tap into the booming blue chip areas of Burleigh Heads and Tallebudgera Creek was perfect for what we wanted to build,” she said.

“Housing has been booming for months, and we see townhouses and apartments bridging the gap off the back of the incredible capital growth the housing market has shown.”
Holland said they wanted the aesthetic of the project to exude luxurious, Mexican villa qualities.
“Our design team have done a great job and the renders are already looking absolutely incredible!” she said.
“The DA is currently in the works, so stay tuned for when we launch in the coming months.”

Property has long been a side interest for the pair.
“Property is something Ben has always been really passionate about (he even got his real estate license during cricket hotel quarantines), which has definitely inspired me to get more involved in the developments he’s been working on for a few years now,” Holland said.
“Ben and I both love the challenge of running Golconda alongside our respective careers. We are used to being run off our feet, and having this extra creative outlet, which we intend to build for years to come has been a great challenge.

“Ben refuses to do The Block with me, but I think we are a great team — he’s missing out!”
One of cricket’s most recognisable WAGs, Holland is also a TV presenter, model and former Miss World Australia, who has hosted the Seven Network’s cricket coverage and the Pakistan Super League and recently appeared in SAS Australia.

After the pandemic delayed their wedding twice, Holland and Cutting tied the knot in a romantic beachside ceremony last year.
Holland recently made headlines after revealing her struggles with fertility to her 511,000 Instagram followers, saying their first round of IVF “resulted in nothing viable, and the sense of failure is overwhelming.”
