A sunken firepit, spa, super-sized pool and Zen gardens were the icing on top of this Broadbeach Waters home which sold for a small fortune this past week.
Latest CoreLogic figures found the stunning five bath, five car space home topped the list of sale prices fetched across homes in Queensland this past week, landing a whopping $5.415m for its sellers.

The home was sold by Jamie Harrison of Kollosche at auction and reportedly bought by homeowners sight unseen out of Hong Kong.
