Gold Coast socialite lists ‘six-star’ mansion with its own nightclub

A Gold Coast socialite has listed her unique ‘six-star’ mansion for $6.8m complete with its own top floor nightclub and stay-at-home glamping ceiling that opens to sleep under the stars.
The woman, who owns a string of properties across the Gold Coast and Brisbane and was a regular on the Gold Coast racing and events scene pre-Covid-19, has owned the outstanding Tallai estate for the past decade.

There are two luxury residences on site.

The entire estate is 8,888sq m.

She paid $5.8m for the stunning property in 2011, but given the current sizzling Gold Coast market – where premium properties are being snapped up fast by cashed up interstate buyers – it’s entirely possible that the asking price of offers over $6.8m will be achieved.
The nine-bedroom, seven-bathroom, six lockup garage estate is spread neatly over a 0.89 hectare block (about 8,888sq m) in a high-end enclave of Tallai with some of the area’s best views of the Gold Coast skyline.

Attention to detail is everywhere, including the inlay in the infinity edged pool.

The second residence separated from the main home by a Zen garden with stunning views.

Described as “extraordinary in scale” the estate has two residences and several wings, allowing cohabitation in peace across three levels – linked by a glass elevator.
The upper level has “a huge wing for your own in-house club experience” was how agent Pascal Pierre of LJ Hooker listed it.
“Host events with a full club-like experience including full sized wet bar, karaoke stage and dance floor as well as a purpose built 16 seat cinema, custom designed with state of the art sound system.”

The private nightclub fully kitted out with everything to throw an amazing party.

Custom wine cellar and tasting table.

The stay-at-home glamping option is in mind-blowing in the “six-star’ master suite – which has private fireplace, three walk-in robes, kitchenette and spa and a ceiling that opens electronically “to reveal the night-sky for an incredible ‘sleep under the stars’ experience at a whim”.

The roof above the master bed opens up to allow the ultimate stay-at-home glamping experience, sleeping under the stars.

The cinema takes gold class to another level.

Even the gym has its own veranda to relax in between sets.

There are a multitude of terraces and balconies, a grand infinity edged pool, a large office for those work-from-home days, a billiards room, steam room, gymnasium, 1500 bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, Zen garden, waterfall and even a dragon among the multiple ways to amuse yourself on site.
Mr Pierre said the mansion was “an irreplaceable residence, unrivalled in prestige, quality and six-star amenities” but the seller was motivated and “ready to move on”.
