Drew Group’s mid-century designed Lagoon apartments are set to take up an enviable location between the ocean and the famous Tedder Avenue.

There’s bus and tram links to the busier Surfers Paradise, both stops less than 400 metres from Lagoon front door.

MacIntosh Park and boat ramp are within proximity, with walking tracks linking the residences to the space in just a few hundred metres.
There’s just three and four-bedroom apartments left in Sunrise Tower, starting from $1,595,000 for 170 sqm.
There’s a small selection of sub-penthouses and dual level penthouses.
