“We sold it to an international buyer who is relocating their family from overseas to Australia,” Mr Kim said.

“The house has definitely got the wow factor.”

Property records show the house at 42 Knightsbridge Pde West was built in 2018 and has been on and off the market since 2022.

Mr Kim said prestige properties on the Gold Coast continued to attract plenty of buyer interest.
“Buyers understand the building process is not as easy as it once was so if something comes up that is brand new, near new or fully renovated, buyers are willing to pay top dollar for it,” Mr Kim said.

42 Knightsbridge Pde West includes a coastal-inspired design.
The highest sale on the Sovereign Islands this year is $14.25m for 46-48 Royal Albert Cres while the highest sale on the Gold Coast is $28m for a property on Hedges Ave, Mermaid Beach.
