Located in Paradise Waters, about five miles from the Queensland city’s downtown, the house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a ground floor guest suite, according to last week’s listing with Robbie Graham of Ray White Prestige Properties.
The auction is scheduled for May 4. The state of Queensland prohibits agents from giving price guidance for auction properties.
The front of the home has no neighbors across the road, instead overlooking the lush sports grounds of a private school.
