Lakefront entertaining
“This immaculate property has been the Rezvanipour family home for the past 15 years and was designed and built by Riaz himself,” Ms Walsh said.
“Renowned for his exceptional engineering skills and attention to detail, Mr Rezvanipour has reverted to classic architecture to create a truly timeless home located in one of the Gold Coast’s most revered locations.
“This lakefront beauty is ideal for a family wanting a sophisticated home with room to move in an idyllic location.”
Ms Walsh said the home had been designed to make the most of its prime lakefront position with open-plan spaces and a seamless connection to outdoor areas.

The home’s statement entry opens onto 6m-high ceilings with feature pendant lighting and a custom-made steel and blackbutt staircase.
The kitchen has a backlit 3.4m Calcultta marble island bench, while the private dining room and waterfront terrace overlooking the pool and spa provide further options for entertaining.
There’s also a spacious top-level family room, a basement billiard room with outdoor access which is ideal as a teenager’s retreat, and a soundproof home theatre with Bose surround sound system and projector.
PropTrack data shows house prices in Benowa were up 0.4 per cent over the past 12 months, to a median of $1.426m.
