A MASSIVE Surfers Paradise mansion known as North Point has sold in a secret deal for $20 million.
It’s understood the buyer is from a prominent Gold Coast legal family who snapped up the property at 91 Commodore Drive, Paradise Waters in an off-market deal.
Property records reveal vendor Dr Zelle Pullich took ownership of the block in 2016 before demolishing the house and building the sprawling mansion.

The agents behind the sale, Amir Mian alongside Victoria Fleri of Amir Prestige, confirmed the property had sold but declined to provide details.
“It’s one of the best-quality homes we have come across,” Mr Mian said.
The house was designed by Jared Poole Design and sits on a prominent stretch of the Nerang River.
