Marketing agent Katrina Walsh said people were instantly impressed with the wine cellar.
“I’ve seen lots of amazing wine cellars in houses but in apartments you don’t usually get wine cabinetry of this calibre,” Ms Walsh said.
“You walk in and you’re immediately blown away by it.
“It’s honestly a showpiece, it’s like a piece of art.”

Unwind in one of the lounges.
The three-bedroom apartment is on level 26 and offers ocean, river and Hinterland views.
“Besides the views, the wine cellar is the focal point of the apartment,” Ms Walsh said.
“The curved glass of the cellar was used to match the curve of the ceiling so it all flows.”
The vendor recently renovated the apartment into an entertainer’s haven.

Enjoy the style at every turn.
As well as extensive use of marble and custom joinery, the residence has an open-plan kitchen, butler’s pantry, sprawling lounge areas and four balconies.
“Most people who have got wine on display are foodies and they enjoy fine dining and entertaining,” Ms Walsh said.

Or soak up the view
Ms Walsh said she had received plenty of interest in the property and didn’t expect it to remain on the market long.
“It’s a very special property and priced well to sell,” she said.
Property records reveal the vendor bought the property in 2017.
