Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett in the Star Wars epic.
Temuera Morrison, best known for his role as war lord Boba Fett in the Star Wars remakes, could be on the hunt for a new home on the Gold Coast.
The actor, who first shot to fame after his role in the affronting New Zealand drama Once Were Warriors, was spotted having lunch with Amir Prestige Group A-lister estate agents Alex and Victoria Fleri at Longboards Laidback Eatery and Bar in Surfers Paradise over the Anzac Day long weekend.
Temuera Morrison has appeared in several films which were shot on the Gold Coast.
The group attracted attention after Mr Fleri and Mr Morrison exchanged a series of movie-style kicks for the entertainment of fellow diners.
It is the second time the actor has visited the Gold Coast in the past month, after he flew in to attend Supanova, a comic-con and pop-culture expo, at the Convention Centre on April 10.

The Fleris, who own a film production company SOS Productions and are about to start shooting their first film, Sons of Summer, remained clandestine about the reason for the actor’s latest visit, but did confirm that property had come up in their conversations.
“All we can say is that we were thrilled to be meeting with Temuera and he has an amazing energy and charisma,” Mr Fleri said.

He said Mr Morrision, who resides in New Zealand, did inquire about access to off-the-plan beachfront apartments and while he had no particular property in mind he would consider “something new, special, something different”, if presented with it.
In reference to Mr Morrison’s longstanding role as crime lord Boba Fetta, Mr Fleri jokingly said: “One would assume that his house needs are somewhat unique. Perhaps an area to land a spaceship, with lockable storage for laser weapons, and a vertical take-off pad with a direct flight path to Tatooine. Oh, and I suppose the regular five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a garage.”
As for location, Mr Fleri said the actor loved Broadbeach.
The Fleris were recently reported to have been house-hunting in the suburb for properties to use as film locations in their movie, which is based on four surfers who go on a “surfari” to pay tribute to one of their fathers who was murdered 30 years earlier.
