Palm Beach property Nirvana now has a $5m plus listing price

NIRVANA, one of the most popular properties on the Gold Cost market, will not be going under the hammer this weekend.
The auction of the property at 1464 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach was scheduled for Saturday but was scrapped yesterday in favour of a listing price.

Nirvana at 1464 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach is now listed at offers over $5 million.

The new build that combines high-end luxury with European and Coastal vibes now has a price of $5 million plus.
“We had conditional offers being put forward,” said marketing agent Ed Cherry of Harcourts Coastal.
“With the conditional offers being presented we weren’t able to use them under auction terms this weekend.
“So we wanted to take it out to the wider market and want people with conditional offers to be able to compete with those unconditional offers.”

“(If we took it to auction) it’s only a narrow gate and you would have had to be unconditional on Saturday (under auction terms).
“That’s why we’ve done it a week out to widen the market.”
Nirvana has attracted plenty of interest from onlookers in the street and online with its archways, curves, and creamy facade.

Arches are a common theme.
Just this week it was the most viewed Gold Coast property set to go to auction.
“We’ve gone to having private inspections,” Mr Cherry said,
“Some of the potential buyers were overwhelmed with the amount of people viewing the property at the same time as them so have asked for private appointments.
“There were a lot of potential buyers, renovators, people with children, and even influencers taking photos through the open homes.”

Style at every turn.
Nirvana as its name suggests is described by vendors Josh and Courtney Coghlan as “heaven on earth”.
The couple bought the block in 2016, knocked down a rundown cottage, and built their dream home.
They put the finishing touches on their house earlier this year before moving into the property in March.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence rises four levels with no expense spared in the design and build.
Curved balcony archways and circular windows set the scene while elevated garden greenery, brass accents, and stone walls give the residence its modern-day luxury.
Among the standout features is a large alfresco entertainment area, magnesium pool and cabana, stone walls, in-house bar, rooftop sauna, curved staircase, four integrated fridges and facial recognition gate entry.
