It’s a sought after pocket of the Goldie for a reason, with sprawling stretches of golden sand lining the shores of Bilinga.
As new and absolute beachfront apartments come few and far between in the tightly held Gold Coast market, luxury coastal developers, Pacific View may have just launched one of the enviable project to date.
The group are no strangers to the exclusive pocket, with their latest project marking their fifth venture into the Bilinga waters.
Climbing seven-storeys, Navini will deliver absolute beachfront living, with 13 half-floor residences and two two-level penthouses.
The 313 Golden Four Drive site will boast sprawling layouts, ranging from 274 sqm to 444 sqm, with three or four-bedroom plus multi-purpose room floorplans.
“Our masterfully crafted residences are inspired not only by the places we create, but by how they enrich the lives of the people who call them home,” Pacific View say.
“Our approach delivers house-sized luxury coastal residences for the owner-occupier, boasting large spaces that seamlessly complement the natural environment to capture panoramic pacific ocean views stretching from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise and beyond.”
Facing east and embracing the morning sun, Navini captures the expansive views that frame the iconic beaches from Coolangatta to Currumbin.
One ground floor level apartment will benefit from its own courtyard and pool, with the remaining stock spaced out with two apartments per floor.
The two dual level penthouses will encapsulate the ultimate sense of luxury throughout, while taking in panoramic ocean views from Surfers Paradise to the peeling point breaks of Kirra and Snapper Rocks.
For ultimate exclusivity, each residents’ will also enjoy direct lift access into each of the homes.

In a collaborative effort, Navini has been crafted by Bokor Architecture and award-winning studio Boris Design, with interiors by Studio Collective.
Born out of a love of nature, Navini incorporates an abundance of natural light, while featuring smooth contemporary lines and curved details.
Internally, a refined colour palette fuses with timber flooring and stone bench tops, to create an elegant coastal design, complimented further by high-quality joinery and Miele appliances.
Entertaining spaces seamlessly flow from kitchen, living and dining out to the balcony to blur the lines between inside and out, with each terrace-style balcony equipped with built-in barbecues.
“Navini is inspired by the glistening ocean waves and the rolling sand dunes. The interior palette is subtle and inviting, understated in its connection to the surroundings,” says Studio Collective’s Casey Talbot.
A private east facing communal pool and lounge area will be located on the ground floor, in addition to residents benefitting from easy access to the neighbouring beach.
Navini is located on the absolute beachfront, midway along Golden Four Drive, between Tugun and Kirra Beach.
An eight-kilometre ocean pathway passes on the doorstep of the site, extending from Currumbin Point right down to Rainbow Bay and Tweed Heads.
For bathers and board riders, world class point breaks can be found at The Alley, Kirra, Snapper and Greenmount, all of which are within five minutes from Navini.
Major shopping can be found at Coolangatta, along with a smorgasbord of cafe’s and surf clubs scattered along the coastal strip, while the Southern Cross University and International Airport are within a three-minute drive.
Construction is soon to commence with South-East Queenslander’s, Groupline, handling the build, with completion slated for June 2024.
