The three-level $3.7 million penthouse, which has three balconies, plunge pool, and a rooftop terrace, comes with $350,000 in gold.
It has an estimated rental potential of $130,000 per year.
“Our prize home draws offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the individual or family who takes home the major prize package, which grants them the instant freedom of living in the beautiful home or renting as an investment” said Deborah Pescott, general manager lotteries commercial and investments at RSL Art Union.

“Over the decades of running multimillion-dollar prize home draws, we’ve had the pleasure of giving life-changing prizes to people all over Australia while supporting our returned veteran community.

Money raised allows RSL Queensland to provide assistance to Queensland veterans and assists in funding programs for veterans throughout Australia.
