A LUXURY Gold Coast sub-penthouse has hit the market with a jaw-dropping $25 million price tag.
If it achieves close to that price it will smash the apartment sales record currently held by the Soul penthouse which sold in 2021 for $15.25 million.
The Surfers Paradise sub-penthouse is set to top the Chevron One Residences and will be the country’s “largest, single-level sub-penthouse”.

The residence is set to span almost 1000sq m, more than the average suburban block.
Ray White Surfers Paradise Group agent Caitlin Rosenboom is marketing the sky-home.
“Luxuriously appointed with the same interior inclusions seen in the penthouse, the 1 of One Sky Home is at once lavish yet pared back; sprawling yet functional,” she said.
“This is unparalleled opulence never before seen on the Gold Coast and a statement for the ages.”
The study is something else!
Standout features include a lounge and dining spaces that spans 46m, a climate-controlled wine room and bar and a sphere-shaped formal lounge.
There will be four bedrooms including a 12m x 7m main bedroom incorporating a luxe ensuite with glass walls.
“And if by chance there is something in this spectacular Sky Home you feel is lacking, we will schedule an exclusive one-on-one appointment for you with the architect and interior design team to create a bespoke solution to even your wildest of requests,” Ms Rosenboom said.

Chevron One, designed by Marchese Partners and currently under construction at 42 Stanhill Drive, will be the tallest tower on Chevron Island once built. It is part of a wave of new development ramping up on the once quiet island locale.
Bensons Property Group are behind the $350 million 41-level project at 42 Stanhill Drive.
In October, a Sydney family paid $9 million deal for an apartment in Chevron One.

It was the highest price paid per square metre for an apartment on the Gold Coast.
A super-penthouse on levels 40 and 41 that is almost 2000 sqm will be retained by Bensons Property Group chairman Elias Jreissati and his wife Colleen.
Remaining apartments are priced at more than $1 million.
Chevron One is expected to be built by late 2024.
