Party boy entrepreneur Troy ‘Candy’ Williams and his partner Anita Cassin have splashed $4.65m on a sprawling golf course mansion with a host of lavish features including resort-style pool and spa, in-home cinema and putting green.
The private north Gold Coast estate is a significant upgrade for the high-profile couple, who share a son, Saint, 2, and paid $1.64m for their last waterfront home, purchased in 2021 after their move from Victoria.

Mr Williams, 33, has courted controversy since, flaunting a lifestyle of fast cars and wild parties online while promoting business ventures including custom car detailing shop, Eye Candy Motorsports, and alcopop line, Gee-Up.
Their flashy new pad is set over 2,074 sqm of manicured tropical grounds between two golf courses and was described as a “private oasis” in the sale listing.

Known as Solaris, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house was recently remodelled by Raunik Design Group and has “five-star amenities” including a mineral pool, spa, sauna, gym, Gold Class-style theatre, games room, two-hole putting green, and a five-car garage plus man cave. Additional parking for up to 15 cars is a bonus for the influencer owners who share a love of luxury vehicles — Mr Williams surprised his wife with a customised Mercedes-Benz wagon for her recent birthday.
The double-storey house is located down a private laneway and surrounded by a 45m front wall and 12m-high hedges, within a secure gated estate that has hosted celebrity guests including Pink, Adele, Dave Grohl, Paris Hilton, Johnny Depp, Nicole Kidman and The Rock, according to the property’s website.

“This grand home is spread over 100 squares of pure opulence,” the listing states.
“Built to the highest quality, not a single detail has been overlooked during the full remodel of this resort-like paradise.”
A soaring foyer creates a bold entry statement, leading onto expansive living spaces with twin open fireplaces and an elegant kitchen with Italian floor tiles, stone benchtops and matte black fixtures.

Downstairs is the guest bedroom along with the gym, pool room, office, theatre — it has eight reclining seats and a handpainted galaxy ceiling — and a wine cellar.
Mr Williams said their last house, listed in April 2023, was sold for an undisclosed sum to business associate and The Block bidder, Adrian Portelli as a prize for Mr Portelli’s lottery venture, LMCT+.
Property records show Mr Williams and Ms Cassin paid $1.64m for the Helensvale home in January 2021.
