The five-bedroom prize house at 41 North St, Hope Island is valued at $2.2 million and offers the best of coastal living with its sought-after location.
The property’s estimated rental appraisal sits at $1500 a week, making it a comfortable weekly income.
Leading Hope Island agent Alex Phillis of Phillis Realty said the suburb offered great returns for investors.
“From an investment side, young families are always attracted to Hope Island,” Mr Phillis said.
“It’s safe and quiet and you’ve got amazing amenities around the place.
“It’s only going to get more valuable as well as there is so much migration pushing the prices up there.”
