A vendor has made a huge profit on the sale of their riverfront mansion on the Gold Coast following two mega sales in the suburb.
The seller of 329 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters pocketed $1.5m in just eight months after they sold the property for $7.5m.
The luxury riverfront home at 329 Monaco St traded in August, 2023 for $6m before being sold again this month.

The sale comes off the back of two mega sales in the suburb — 87 Monaco St sold for $18m last month while 249-255 Monaco St sold for $15.2m in December, 2023.
No. 87 is the highest price paid ever for a property in Broadbeach Waters.
Kollosche Broadbeach agent Taylor Kleinberg handled the sale of 329 Monaco St and said the street was hot property among buyers.
“Monaco St is primarily larger blocks on the riverfront which makes them very attractive,” Mr Kleinberg said.
“It’s also underpinned by two records sales over the past six months.”

The one-of-a-kind home sits on a 1585sq m block with almost 50m of river frontage.
The house has 10m ceilings with full length windows to make the most of the river panoramas.
The sale tops a big week of sales across the Gold Coast with several high-end homes trading for millions of dollars.

In neighbouring Surfers Paradise and a Hamptons-inspired house at 23 Buccaneer Court, Paradise Waters sold for $6.35m through Russell Rollington and Bob Rollington of Surfers Paradise First National.
“We did an expressions of interest campaign and received strong interest and multiple offers on the property,” Mr Rollington said.
“We have a large database of cash buyers looking to purchase in the suburb.”
The house sits on a 881sq m east-facing block and includes an eight-seater media room, study, gym, pool and a large gazebo area.
