Homebuyer drops $5million luxury home after only spending 30 minutes inside of it: ‘He knew it was the one’

A buyer has snapped up a luxurious house with waterfront views for $5million after just taking just 30 minutes to inspect the property.

The lavish home at 53 Admiralty Drive, Paradise Waters on the Gold Coast was sold to a Sydneysider who walked in and ‘knew it was the one’.

The property has been freshly renovated from its ‘bare bones’ with the previous owner changing the floor plan to enhance the stunning views and its ‘liveability.

Russell Rollington from Surfers Paradise First National Real Estate said the house which is adorned with timber, stone and marble materials was sold off the market.

‘We were working with [the buyer] showing him homes in Paradise Waters and as soon as he walked into this home he knew it was the one,’ Mr Rollington told realestate.com.au.

‘Within about 30 minutes or so an offer was submitted and we went from there.’

Reece Keil Design oversaw the new design to switch-up the floor plan.

‘Inside they moved the kitchen and moved the master bedroom to really maximise the views and the liveability of the house,’ Mr Rollington said.

He said the home has a real contemporary look to it now.
