A former prize home in Currumbin on the Gold Coast is set to go under the hammer this month.
The luxury beachfront property at 14B Darwalla Ave was RSL Art Union’s October, 2023 prize draw and was won last month by an interstate couple.
During the draw, RSL Art Union valued the prize home at $9.5 million with a $201,619 furniture package.
It comes after the neighbouring property — 14A Darwalla Ave — which was also a RSL Art Union prize home won in October, 2022, sold for $7.2 million in August.

There are plenty of different areas to unwind.
The latest prize home to hit the market spans three levels and is one of only ten absolute beachfront homes in the coveted southern Gold Coast suburb.
John Parkes of Ray White Tugun is marketing 14B Darwalla Ave and said no expense was spared in the design or build.
“This incredible mansion showcases luxurious interiors designed by highly-regarded Habitat Architects in collaboration with Makin Constructions and Kira and Kira styling,” he said.
“Together, they worked to incorporate the natural elements using a soothing palette of soft neutrals, ocean blues, eucalyptus greens, and an array of granite, marble, and concrete textures to set a mood of timeless luxury.
