ONE of the Gold Coast’s most iconic riverside trophy estates has been listed with a $20m price tag.

The property is on the riverfront at Sorrento.

The $20m listing price was recently added to the listing based on market feedback, said listing agent Adam Cain, of Amir Prestige.
“Based on the feedback throughout the expressions of interest campaign we came up with that price which we feel is fair value for the property,” Mr Cain said.
“It’s fair value considering the style, quality of construction, and location of the property.”

The ultimate entertainer.
Luxury at every turn.
Villa Marseilles had been the ultimate party venue for the couple and their three children.

High ceilings are a common theme.

Designed by architect John Patterson, the house features a soft curvaceous profile, with each room flowing in synergy with the majestic main river and subtle coastal landscape.
Each of the seven bedroom suites features a deluxe spa bathroom, with walk-in robes and private balconies.
River views from every room.
The master bedroom features dual walk-in dressing rooms, an ensuite with Botticino marble, a private lounge, kitchenette, and terrace.
Living areas deliver uninterrupted water views with a separate billiard room, salon bar, executive boardroom and vogue marble kitchen equipped with a cold room.
There’s also a self-contained penthouse featuring its own kitchen, movie theatre and cocktail lounge and a terrace leading to the tennis court and sauna, which is akin to a boutique luxury health club.
