A former prize home in Burleigh on the Gold Coast has sold in a $3.425m deal, four months after it was won.
The luxury property at 30 Banksia Broadway, Burleigh Waters was Mater Prize Home’s April prize draw with tickets selling for $2.

During the draw, Mater Prize Home valued the prize, which included the home, furniture package, Land Rover Defender, Sea-Doo jet ski, surf boards and a $50,000 in cashable gold bullion at $3.6m.
Records reveal the property hit the market in May before it sold last week.

Realty Blue’s Mick Brace and Mitch Brace marketed the property for the prize winner, and described it as a “luxury oasis”.

The four-bedroom house is just minutes from Burleigh Beach and features a luxury open-plan design overlooking a pool and alfresco barbecue area.
It is a short drive to Gold Coast attractions including theme parks, shopping centres and sporting stadiums.
PropTrack data reveals the median house price in Burleigh Waters is $1.6m, up 2.9 per cent over 12 months.
