The pair landscaped the gardens with magnolias and jacarandas and planted hundreds of Italian and French lavender bushes to create a unique European backdrop.
The restaurant was transformed into a luxury Tuscan farmhouse stonework on the exterior and terracotta tile inside.
Ms Stephens, an interior designer, used her expertise throughout the renovations — the open-air dining area was enclosed with a jaw-dropping floor to ceiling window looking over the property’s olive groves and Italian bocce lawn.
The attention to detail is evident throughout the property.

Other standout features include the mosaic-tiled heated pool with cabana, and sandstone fringed fire-pit as well as a 30m x 9m commercial shed.

Amir Prestige Group’s Adam Cain and Deb Oliver are marketing the property via expressions of interest.
“An incredible opportunity to purchase and develop one of the Gold Coasts most beautiful and very private acreage escapes ever offered to market,” the listing states.
