114 River Links Boulevard, Helensvale is going to auction in January.
A luxury three-level Gold Coast house with a games room, half-pipe skate ramp, lift and 10-car basement has hit the market.
The property at 114 River Links Blvd East, Helensvale is marketed as an “entertainer’s dream” with more than 1000 sqm of living space and 45m of water frontage.
The house is an entertainer’s dream.
The half pipe.
The games room.
Seller Adam Kruger is the brains behind the home — he first bought the vacant block in 2011.
“The most important things were the views of Tamborine Mountain and the water frontage,” Mr Kruger said.
“The wide water frontage really gives you the feeling of having no neighbours and that’s a rare thing to have on the Coast.”
“Being in a cul-de-sac was also nice.”
The house was meticulously planned.
There’s plenty of space inside.

He enlisted builder Jason Malaschevsky and designer Stuart Osman to create a contemporary home that would stand “the test of time”.
“There is a lot of space and it’s got a good open plan living area that’s great for entertaining,” Mr Kruger said.
“We brought the outside inside with the bi-fold doors and it really opens the place up.
“I really like that style of open plan living.”
As soon as you step inside, a grand entrance foyer sets the tone for the rest of the house.
The house has wide water views.
There are four living areas inside and two outside providing plenty of space for the entire family.
“It’s a great entertainer,” Mr Kruger said.
“You can house 30 people there without too many problems and also accommodate large parties.”
The house has seven bedrooms, including one currently used as a games room, six bathrooms and three additional powder rooms.

Another entertaining area.
Mr Kruger, who has three sons, said it was his children who used the half-pipe.
“It can be negotiated with the sale if the buyer wants it,” he said.
He said people were always surprised with the size of the 10-car basement garage.
“You can really fit 10 cars there comfortably and there is also a workshop down there,” he said.
There is a pontoon for boating enthusiasts.
Other features include a resort-style pool, pontoon, front gate, butler’s pantry and a custom-designed laser-cut and powder-coated front door.
Mr Kruger said it was time to move on and let someone else enjoy the property.
Mitchell Booth of Amir Prestige Group is taking the property to auction on January 24.
