The showstopper two-level penthouse topping a Gold Coast tower has hit the market with a $19.75 million price tag.
Set on levels 18 and 19, the penthouse in Main Beach’s Ari development, with its own rooftop pool and spa, offers 360-degree views of the ocean, city skyline, Broadwater, and Gold Coast Hinterland.
The highest off-the-plan sale on the Gold Coast was in Burleigh Hill’s Glasshouse building in 2022 when a buyer reportedly splashed $20m on a three-storey penthouse.

Ari is designed by BGD Architects, developed by Stamoulis Property Group, and marketed by Kollosche, and offers a premium Gold Coast beachfront lifestyle.
Kollosche selling principal Michael Kollosche, who is collaborating with agent Harry Kakavas, said there were few comparable penthouses on the market.
“We’re expecting strong interest from buyers who want the best of location, lifestyle and luxury in one package,” Mr Kollosche said.
“To acquire a penthouse in a luxury boutique residential building, with its own private rooftop, on a triple block with 30m beach frontage truly is rare.”
The 749 sqm penthouse includes 463sq m of internal living and a further 296sq m of outdoor living and entertaining.

There are three large living areas and a dining area, kitchen plus a scullery, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a separate study, powder room, and five car spaces.
A sense of space is achieved with 4.5m ceilings, while full-height windows curve around the open-plan living and dining to take full advantage of spectacular views to South Stradbroke Island and south to Coolangatta.
The residents-only tower, to be built at 3555-3559 Main Beach Pde, also includes 26 half-floor residences and three full-floor sky homes.

Mr Kollosche said current demand had seen a number of half-floor residences amalgamated.
Ari residents will have access to a heated 25-m lap pool, a gym, steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, residents lounge and business centre.
Buyers have wasted little time making their move on Ari with more than half of the available apartments sold since the project launched in May.

Mr Kollosche said buyers had responded to the beachfront location, architectural design, high standard of finish, and ocean views.
“Brand new apartments on the absolute beachfront are few in Main Beach and redevelopment options are even fewer,” said Mr Kollosche.
“The Main Beach lifestyle is a major drawcard for owner-occupiers with the beach and the Tedder Ave village centre all on the doorstep.
“Nearby Marina Mirage and The Spit precinct are earmarked for major redevelopment in coming years which only adds to the value of any investment in Main Beach.”
Ari apartments are priced from $5.9m.
The tower is expected to be built by September, 2025.
