Nate Myles and his actress wife Tessa James offload their idyllic Gold Coast Hinterland home

Retired NRL star Nate Myles is kicking goals of a different kind off the field.

The sportsman, who announced his retirement in 2017, and his actress wife Tessa James have sold their Gold Coast Hinterland home for $1.35 million, Pricefinder records show.

Located at 19 Durobby Drive, Currumbin Valley, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom abode was listed by LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast in October for over $1.325 million. The star couple previously listed it for rent.

Occupying 4,806 square metres, the two-story property offers the utmost of privacy with its elevated position and is nestled amongst natural bushland.

Described on the listing as being “full of character and charm”, the home is within a 10 minute drive to the beach and features the rainforest as its backdrop.

The property consists of a main residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living area and kitchen, along with a guest studio featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space.

There’s also a large balcony and covered patio for the buyer to entertain their guests.

The buyer will be greeted by a sprawling driveway and lush greenery, and the interiors are modern with floorboards, whitewashed walls and sheer white drapes.
