ONE of the “best blocks” on the northern Gold Coast has sold in a deal worth a staggering $7.5 million.

The double block at 19-21 Knightsbridge Parade West, Sovereign Islands includes 1407sq m of north-facing waterfront land.

Amir Prestige’s Amir Mian and Jeanette Schmidt brokered the multimillion-dollar sale and said the buyers were from NSW’s Northern Rivers.
