The couple, who have two children, had showcased the five bedroom, four bathroom, two car garage Hamptons-style masterpiece across many of their Instagram and internet posts.
The property which sits on a 607sq m block was marketed through Kollosche — Broadbeach.
“Beautifully renovated by previous owners, the 1980s residence is of quality suspended concrete slab construction and is packed with character features,” the real estate listing said.
“VJ walls and ceilings, French-style awnings and doors, and plantation shutters are set against a contemporary monochrome palette.”
There was even a cinema room.
The home was said to have many stunning features including a lofty 5.2m void, double French doors running the length of the home, an expansive alfresco patio and saltwater pool area as well as a cinema room with laser projector, tiered seating, mood lighting and dedicated snack and drinks station.
The property is across from Albert Park sporting and recreation grounds, with high end appliances and fittings, two master suites, a fully automated alarm system and security cameras.
