Kollosche principal and sales agent Michael Kollosche, in conjunction with Ray White Burleigh Group’s Rebecca Moffrey are marketing the mansion at 5 McMillan Court, Southport.
It last changed hands in 2021 for $23.75 million before being placed back on the market 12 months ago.
The scheduled auction date marks a switch in the marketing campaign with the agents telling buyers “any prices previously associated with the property should be disregarded”.
