A double-storey penthouse in the beachfront tower where Grand Slam champion Ash Barty also scored a luxury apartment has hit the market with a $10m price tag.
The sky-high trophy home crowns the 12-storey Kloud building currently under construction in Palm Beach on the southern Gold Coast.
The striking 41.25m-high tower marks a first foray into the booming Glitter Strip apartment market for developers Graya.

Headed up by brothers, Rob and Andrew Gray, the company is known for building showstopper homes for high-profile clients, including ex-footballer Darius Boyd and wife Kayla, rapper Example and then-wife Erin McNaught, and rugby players Quade Cooper and Israel Folau.
Several apartments within the Jefferson Lane project have already sold, including a four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit occupying half a floor, snapped up by Aussie tennis superstar Barty for close to $4m.

The sprawling penthouse, along with the whole-floor unit below it, are the final two apartments to be released to market.
Graya director Andrew Gray said the 507 sqm residence comprised a luxury living level and rooftop entertaining terrace with spectacular ocean views and resort-style amenities.
“We wanted to capture the exclusivity of living sky high without sacrificing the experience of being barefoot on the sand,” he said.
“The penthouse collection achieves this through seamless transition from inside to outside spaces and the feeling of freedom and sophisticated comfort.”

Now available to purchase ahead of the project’s expected completion next year, the apartment has four bedrooms, a media room, and statement kitchen with an island dining bar with stunning fluted stone accents.
The private rooftop hosts a decadent indoor steam room, and a barbecue kitchen overlooking the alfresco terrace with dining area, lounging space, fire pit, spa and a pool with wading ledge.
Rob Gray said the residence would set a new benchmark for high-end living on the beachfront, where boutique developers are scrambling to meet demand from cashed-up local and interstate apartment buyers.
