15 Abbey Ridge Road, Reedy Creek.
AUSTRALIA’S most viral home has sold for about $10 million after just six days on the market.
The breathtaking Gold Coast acreage property known as Villa Casa captured the hearts of property watchers across the nation, taking out top spot as the most viewed house for sale on www.realestate.com.au.
Marketing agents Amir Mian and Justin Haynes, of Amir Prestige, said the price remained undisclosed, but was a record for the emerging Gold Coast hinterland suburb of Reedy Creek.
Offers of between $8m and $10m had been sought for the Mediterranean-inspired house on a 4497sq m lot at 15 Abbey Ridge Rd.
Owner-builders, Ben Rochford and Dominee Gessner, of Tidal Constructions, said they were thrilled for the family who would call the luxury home their own in 2023.

“Six days on the market and our exquisite Villa Casa is going to be the new home of another beautiful family at the beginning of the new year.
“It’s been an honour and a privilege to bring this home to life, live in it and enjoy the magic in these walls.”
The build was completed in November last year, with Tidal Constructions taking out the top prize for House of the Year at the Gold Coast Master Builders Awards.
The owners had built an online following of close to 13,000 fans as they documented their build journey, later marketing the property as a high-end photoshoot location.
The one-of-a-kind hillside house with 180-degree views of the Gold Coast skyline combines curves and arches crafted from limestone with landscaped greenery.

Conceived by Reece Keil Design, the property appears to float above the skyline and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms across the main house and a granny flat.
The main bedroom is a showstopper, with its 4m headboard and a vaulted tunnel leading to a dressing room and ensuite.
Outdoor amenities are reminiscent of a resort, with a glamorous terrace running the length of the magnesium pool with swim-up bar, while there’s also a built-in barbecue, games room and living room with panoramic views.
Property records show the vendors bought the vacant block for $1m in 2018.
They had been living across the road with daughters, Macey, 10, and Willow, 8, in their previous newly built abode, and jumped at the opportunity to take on another project.
The previous highest residential sale in Reedy Creek was $2.94m for a five-bedroom property purchased in June 2022.
