A BROADBEACH Waters house with a statement concrete bar has sold for around $7 million.
The property, known as “The Beverley” at 6 Beverley Cres, was passed in at auction in September but Kollosche’s Michael Kollosche and Jay Helprin managed to find a buyer last month.

Neither would confirm the sale price but said it sold to a Sydney buyer for what is understood to be around $7 million.
The property was on the market at $7.25 million.
“Interest was still strong (after the auction) and we still had strong inquiries an open home numbers,” Mr Helprin said.
“People liked the use of space and the voids, the quality and attention to detail, and the high level of finishes.

The Beverley has no shortage of luxury features throughout.

The waterfront home in the prestigious golden triangle of Broadbeach Waters offered vacation vibes all year round with its resort-style pool with in-built daybed and entertaining area with 3m custom-poured concrete bar.
The bar has recessed lighting, a Ceasarstone benchtop with four-burner cooktop, under bench beverage chiller and wine cooler and sink.

Inside and high ceilings are a common theme.
“Demand for high quality homes in good locations is still there,” Mr Helprin said.
“There’s still a genuine lack of supply.
“People are trying to find places to put their money however there are limited opportunities.”

The Beverley has four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a designer kitchen with a curved island bench and butler’s pantry.
Curved showers, fluted glass doors and custom chandeliers add to the grandeur of the property.
The highest sale in Broadbeach Waters is $14.5 million for a mega mansion at 87 Monaco St.
It sold in October, 2021.
