Mosaic Property Group, which has an extensive record of award-winning multi-residential developments across South East Queensland, has unveiled its most luxurious Masterpiece Series offering to date.
Isabel by Mosaic, a $160m collaboration with world renowned Koichi Takada Architects, is set to be built on a sought-after beachfront block on The Esplanade at Burleigh Heads.
The partnership resulted in 28 half and full-floor residences across 16 levels.

Two split-level penthouses top the building, each with a private pool.
With living spaces spanning up to 482sq m on one level, residents will benefit from ocean and headland views, as well as the finest materials and finishes.
Amenities for residents include a pool, gym, steam room, sauna, and outdoor lounge area.

Mosaic’s founder and managing director, Brook Monahan, said the unveiling of Isabel marked another pinnacle on the developer’s journey of redefining Queensland’s multi-residential landscape.
“Our partnership with Koichi Takada Architects embodies sophistication, functionality and timeless elegance,” he said.
“The resulting collection of exquisite homes underscores our commitment to pushing boundaries while meeting every resident’s needs and, of course, the ability to deliver.
“Isabel’s prime location on The Esplanade also attests to our dedication to selecting outstanding locations that enhance the appeal of our developments.
“It exemplifies another key aspect of the Mosaic difference and seeking excellence in every aspect of our properties.”
Prices for the three-bedroom half-floor residences start at $4.4m.

Mr Monahan said the robust interest in Isabel was a solid indication of the market’s recognition of the project’s value, desirability and exclusivity.
“There’s no shortage of demand for Mosaic products across South East Queensland, especially for this latest offering,” he said.
“We continue to see strong interest from the top end of the market and our network of existing Mosaic owners and referrals who know and trust us.”
Isabel represents Mosaic’s fourth Burleigh Heads release and Mosaic’s 11th luxury Gold Coast release in less than five years.
Early construction work has kicked off, led by Mosaic’s internal building team, with a projected completion date for the project in late 2025.
