Promax national managing director Max Girgin said his team was thrilled to be working with Amansi Projects to bring the project to life.
“The Gold Coast is renowned for its stunning skyscraper-lined coastline and Nineteen First Avenue is set to be an outstanding addition to this line-up,” Mr Girgin said.
“As the Gold Coast’s tallest full-floor tower, this project is one of a kind and we are looking forward to breaking ground come early 2024.”

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate said it was important to see a diverse range of developments underway throughout the city.
“In the last five years, there has been unprecedented demand from locals, interstate and overseas investors and homeowners,” he said.
“Meeting the demand means encouraging quality developments in a range of locations.
“Our coastal lifestyle remains a huge drawcard and I look forward to seeing further investment near our major public transport networks.”
