300 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters has sold in a $9m deal.

A GOLD Coast buyer has splashed a cool $9 million on a sprawling riverfront mansion in Broadbeach Waters as the battle of the top streets heats up in the city.

Ray White Prestige agents Jackson Paradise and Keegan Shaw were behind the latest sale – a $9m deal for 300 Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters.

Hedges Ave, known as Millionaires’ Row features some of the most expensive beachfront properties on the Gold Coast.

While Monaco St, Broadbeach Waters offers sprawling riverfront properties.

Monaco St, often compared to well-known Hedges Ave and Albatross Ave at Mermaid Beach, offers a collection of riverfront mansions that sell for multimillion-dollar figures.

The major difference is Monaco St is on the riverfront while Hedges Ave is on the beachfront.

“We are noticing a lot of interest buyers looking at having large parcels of land on Monaco St,” Mr Paradise said.

“It’s very appealing for families and it’s definitely rivalling Hedges Ave and Albatross Ave for the top end.”

There’s plenty of space to entertain at 300 Monaco Street, Broadbeach Waters.
