The beachside home of Hollywood actor and former Home and Away hunk Brenton Thwaites is about to hit the market.
Records show Thwaites, who has three children with partner Chloe Pacey, bought the four-bedroom home on 734sq m block at 9 Albany Avenue in 2017 for $1.07 million.

The three-bedroom hilltop home has a north-east aspect overlooking the sand and surf at Currumbin Alley through to Surfers Paradise.
It has been renovated and reconfigured across three levels with dual-living options or rental potential.

Thwaites added a pool and levelled part of the block.
The main residence spans three floors with the entire top level given over to a master bedroom retreat with living space. On the floor below are the living areas with a sea-view balcony, while the ground level has a further bedroom and bathroom opening to a large balcony and entertaining area, which Thwaites has rigged up as a sauna room.
The home is surrounded by private greenery.
There is timber flooring throughout and the house is in a private and leafy setting.
Mishy Canning of LJ Hooker Palm Beach sold the property to Thwaites in 2017 and will also handle the upcoming sale.
The home has been styled to a coastal look.
Ms Canning said the property had no pool or back yard when Thwaites bought it and he had added the pool, self-contained studio and levelled the yard to create a usable lawn area.
“They’ve turned it from a beach home into a real family house,” Ms Canning said.
Thwaites played Stu Henderson on Home and Away from 2011 to 2012 before breaking into
Hollywood with his debut role in a remake of the iconic ‘80s film Blue Lagoon: The Awakening.
