Construction has begun on Sydney-based Garfield Developments, Gold Coast apartment project, Aspire.
Following months of due diligence, Aspire ticked off their long list of criteria to begin the construction phase on their exclusive beachfront Surfers Paradise residences.
Comprising just 37 residences over 24-levels, the boutique collection of full-floor and half-floor residences, along with an exclusive two-storey penthouse offer absolute beachfront living, in a modern, contemporary design.
With full development approval in place and demolition starting, prospective buyers can check out the newly-opened display suite at 4 Charles Avenue, Broadbeach, on the ground floor of Oracle, showcasing life inside an Aspire apartments.
The display suite includes a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as the same luxury finishes found in each of the apartments, such as flooring, cabinetry and tapware, with Kollosche New Projects also on-hand to provide a 3D tour of the three and four-bedroom residences.
