THIRTY-EIGHT high-end homes on the Gold Coast will go under the hammer on Tuesday night in what is being labelled a “jam-packed” event.
Amir Prestige Group’s Grand Summer Auction Event kicks off at 5pm at the Langham Hotel.
Principal Amir Mian said recent inspections his agency held pointed to a huge number of potential interstate buyers.
“Last week it was packed with interstate buyers looking,” Mr Mian said.
“There’s still that massive migration and desire to move to the Gold Coast.”
He expected a big crowd at his auction event with plenty of registrations already.
“We are expecting to sell quite a lot under the hammer,” he said.
“I’ve noticed a lot of people have pre-registered and there’s quite a few phone bidders which are from interstate.
“It’s going to be a tussle between buyers and sellers.”
